All personalized orders will be emailed to you for approval within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment...please check all spelling before approving. Printing will NOT begin until we have approval from you on the design. If there is a rush on the order, you will need to check your email frequently so the order is not held up.
We allow you to make two design/text changes to the proof without additional fees. Spelling or date errors are not considered design/text changes. Any additional changes are subject to a $5.00 charge each.
Adding a Photo or Logo to your design:

If you are using a professional photograph/logo, please supply us with written permission to use the photo from the photographer/owner.
After we receive payment from you, we will prepare your design and email it to you for approval within 48 hours. After approval from you on the design, please allow between 48-72 hours to ship depending on the size of the order. When we send you the proof we will let you know the expected turn-around time. If the expected turn-around is not fast enough, let us know and we will do what we can to meet your date. For birth announcements ordered in advance, order will be shipped between 24-48 hours.
Order Cancellation policy:
If you have already received your proof and decide to cancel your order before approving, there is a $5.00 design fee for stock designs and a $10.00 design fee on custom designs.
If you have already approved your proof and printing has begun, you will be charged for the cost of materials also.
If you have not received your proof yet, then there is no charge to you.
If you have received your order and notice a mistake:
Busy Buds will stand behind our products. If the mistake is on the personalization and it was made on our end, we will replace the order immediately at no additional cost to you. If the mistake was on the proof and it was approved, then Busy Buds will re-do the order for an additional fee and there will also be the cost of shipping the order back to us and the new order to you, so it is VERY IMPORTANT to really check your proof.
If you have received your order and no longer need them:
Due to the personalization, we cannot resell them so we will only issue a credit of 50% on orders received back in good condition. We do not refund shipping charges and you are responsible for the cost to ship them back to us.
